At our facility, every crankshaft undergoes a meticulous treatment process. First, they are bead blasted and hot tanked to ensure a pristine surface. Next, we chamfer the oil holes exclusively in the necessary direction, setting us apart from other manufacturers. Finally, each crankshaft is micro-polished to the highest standards, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability.

Block Work
At our facility, we take great pride in and machining your engine blocks. We don't just machine the exterior; we meticulously deburr the inside and outside to eliminate defects and sharp edges. Every sharp surface is given a smooth radius to enhance the block's strength. Plus, we powder coat all our blocks, ensuring they only perform well but also maintain a sleek appearance for years to come.
